Winter 2013 Schedule

Greetings! We are winding up our fall yoga schedule on Monday December 17th. Please make up your classes this upcoming week if you desire as we are unable to carry our classes over to the New Year. We have a few new additions to our schedule: Tuesdays 6:15 pm Yin and Yang Yoga Mix Wednesdays 4:15 pm Meditation with Jane Scott Thursdays 1:00 pm Restorative Yoga (February Only) Saturdays 10:15 am Yoga for Low Back Pain The new schedules have been mailed and it is available on the website. Please contact us for registration or inquiries. We have a wonderful selection of workshops to help us get through the winter with the first one beginning January 13th!
